Why does my cell phone show "No Service"?

  • You're not in a coverage area or you're in an area that has a weak signal.
  • An antenna problem may exist.
  • You may have the system preference set to "home only," which means you can only receive service from Bell MTS Wireless. See your owner's manual to change the system preference to "B Only" or "Preferred B" if you're outside our coverage area.
