When do my Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless airtime minutes expire?

You must use your airtime before the expiry date or add more time to extend the expiry date. Adding airtime before the existing balance expires is best because the remaining balance will carry forward and have the expiry date of your latest addition. The expiry dates vary according to the denomination of the Voucher:

  • $15 - Expires 30 Days from activation.
  • $30 - Expires 60 Days from activation.
  • $60 - Expires 90 Days from activation.
  • $100 - Expires 365 Days from activation.
When can I choose a new Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless calling plan?

You can change your rate plan when adding an Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless voucher to your account.

How am I charged for my calls?

Your incoming and outgoing calls are charged by the minute. There are no per call fees, and no daily subscription fees with Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless so you only pay for the calls that you make.

Where can I use my Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless phone?

Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless service works wherever Bell MTS has coverage in Manitoba. You can also use your Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless phone in many major areas across Canada.

At this time, Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless service is not available while traveling in the U.S.

Can I use any other phone on the Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless Network?

You can activate a previously used Bell MTS cell phone on the Bell MTS Prepaid Wireless Network, or we can determine if your non-Bell MTS hardware is compatible with our Prepaid network.
