Motorola Grasp

Congratulations! You are one step closer to loving your new phone.

Now you just need to follow these easy steps:

  1. Attach your battery and charge your phone for 24 hours.
  2. Call 1-800-806-5819 from any phone, and have a pen and paper ready. Bell MTS Customer Care will give you your new phone number and set up your account.
  3. Follow these steps to set up your new Motorola Grasp.

Notes:

  • These instructions only apply to the first time you set up your phone.
  • Perform the steps in the order given.
  • The OK button refers to the Optical Joystick & Center Key labeled above.

  1. Turn phone on by pressing and releasing the Red Power/End key.
  2. Enter #073887* on the keypad quickly.
  3. If not prompted for the security code, Press the Red Power/End key and try again.
  4. It will ask you to "Enter Code".
  5. Enter 000000 on the keypad.
  6. Press Done.
  7. This will take you to the Programming Menu screen.
  8. Select User Activation.
  9. Press OK.
  10. Next it will ask you for "SPC Password".
  11. Enter 111111 on your keypad.
  12. Press OK.
  13. Select NAM 1.
  14. Press OK.
  15. You will be taken to a field labeled "MIN".
  16. Press and hold the Back key until the field is blank.
  17. Enter the 10 digit phone number Bell MTS Customer Care gave you.
  18. Scroll down to the "MDN" field.
  19. Press and hold the Back key until the field is blank.
  20. Enter the 10 digit phone number Bell MTS Customer Care gave you.
  21. Press the left Save soft key. Your phone will return to the Programming Menu screen.
  22. At the Programming Menu screen Press the red Power/End key.
  23. Your new phone will restart.
  24. Start using your new phone.
