How to use TV Go Apps

TV Go Apps give Bell MTS Fibe TV customers complimentary access to content on demand through computers and Mobile devices.

The apps and content are available at no charge. However, unless watching on a Wi-Fi connection, watching TV Go Apps on your computer or mobile device will count toward your monthly mobile data usage.

Note:

The apps give you access to content based on the TV subscription you have at home. For more information, visit TV Go Apps

Downloading a TV Go App to your device
  1. From the home screen on your device, select the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) icon.
  2. Select Search and type in the name of the Go App or visit TV Go Apps for direct links.
  3. Select the TV Go App you want to download.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the app.

(Some TV Go Apps may not be compatible with all devices)

Using a TV Go App
  1. Tap the TV Go App icon.
  2. Browse the content.
  3. Choose what you want to watch.
  4. When prompted or when signing in, select Bell MTS as your TV service provider.
  5. Log in using your MyAccount username and password. (If you're not registered, register for MyAccount now).
  6. Choose a program and start watching.

Note:

If you cannot access the content on the app, it may mean that your MyAccount profile is not enabled for Shared Services. Learn How to use Shared Services.

How to use a TV Go App on your computer

Note:

Some TV Go Apps may require an up-to-date Flash plug-in to stream video content.

TV Go Apps, require your web browser to accept third party cookies to stream video content.

To get started with a TV Go App on your computer:

  1. Visit the website of the channel you want to watch.
  2. Select any channel under "Watch Live", or look for "Video Sign In".
  3. When prompted or when signing in, select Bell MTS as your TV service provider.
  4. Log in using your MyAccount username and password (If you're not registered, register for MyAccount now).

Note:

If you cannot access the content on the app, it may mean that your MyAccount profile is not enabled for Shared Services. Learn How to use Shared Services.
