How to Use the Crave App

Crave is an app that gives Bell MTS Fibe TV customers who subscribe to Crave from Bell MTS access to all the content and programming available on Crave.

Watching Crave on your computer or mobile device will also count toward your monthly mobile data usage.

Downloading Crave to your device

Crave is available on:

  • Android devices running version 4.03 and higher.
  • iPhone 3GS and above.
  • iPod Touch (third generation and above).
  • iPad and iPad Mini, running iOS 5.0 or higher.
  • Apple TV
  • Select Smart TV's
  1. From the home screen on your device, select the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) icon.
  2. Select Search and type in "Crave".
  3. Select the Crave app.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to download the app.
Using the Crave app
  1. Tap the Crave app icon.
  2. Press the figure of a person in the top right hand corner of the app.
  3. When prompted or when signing in, select Bell MTS as your TV service provider.
  4. Log in using your MyAccount username and password. (If you're not registered, register for MyAccount now).
  5. Choose a program and start watching.

Note:

If you cannot access the content on the app, it may mean that your MyAccount profile is not enabled for Shared Services. Learn How to Use Shared Services.

How to use Crave on your computer

Minimum system requirements:

  • Windows - Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or higher.
  • Mac - Mac OS 10.4.8 or higher.

Note:

An up-to-date Flash plug-in is also needed to stream video content.

Crave, requires your web browser to accept third party cookies to stream video content.

To get started with Crave on your computer:

  1. Visit: Crave.ca.
  2. When prompted or when signing in, select Bell MTS as your TV service provider.
  3. Log in using your MyAccount username and password (If you're not registered, register for MyAccount now).

Note:
