Maintenance and Upgrades

Bell MTS invests in routine network maintenance to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We also regularly complete upgrades to add capacity and keep pace with advancements in technology. Although we do our best to minimize the impact on our customers, in some cases a short service interruption is necessary to complete the work...

 

Wireless

 

  • Dec 12: We are conducting network maintenance between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., which may impact HSPA voice and data and LTE services for up to 15 minutes in Baldur, Cartwright, Ninette and Pelican Lake.

 

Fibe TV/High Speed Internet/Phone Service..

 

  • Dec 12: We will be completing network upgrade between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., which may impact Internet services in Oakville for up to 20 minutes.

 

  • Dec 13: We will be completing network upgrade between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., which may impact Internet services in Winnipeg - St James for up to 15 minutes.

 

Please note, maintenance and upgrade activities may occasionally be re-scheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We would like to thank customers for their patience.
