Maintenance and Upgrades

Bell MTS invests in routine network maintenance to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We also regularly complete upgrades to add capacity and keep pace with advancements in technology. Although we do our best to minimize the impact on our customers, in some cases a short service interruption is necessary to complete the work...

 

Wireless

 

  • Jul 9&11: We are completing a network upgrade between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., which may impact LTE data service for up to 8 hours at Fort Richmond, Maple Grove Park, Minnetonka, Normand Park, Richmond West, Ritchot, South Pointe, South Pointe West, South St. Vital and Vista areas in Winnipeg.

 

  • Jul 11&12: We are completing a network upgrade between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., which may impact HSPA voice and data services for up to 8 hours in Deloraine, Goodlands, Turtle Mountain Provincial Park and Waskada.

 

  • Jul 11&12: We are completing a network upgrade between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., which may impact HSPA voice and data services for up to 8 hours at Dugald, Holden, Mission Gardens, Peguis and St. Boniface Industrial Park areas in Winnipeg.

 

  • Jul 15-19: We are completing a network upgrade between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., which may impact LTE data service for up to 8 hours at Linden Ridge, Linden Woods and Tuxedo Industrial areas in Winnipeg.

 

Fibe TV/High Speed Internet/Phone Service

 

  • Jul 15: We are conducting network maintenance between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., which may impact Internet services for up to 15 minutes in Seven Sisters.
