Maintenance and Upgrades

Bell MTS invests in routine network maintenance to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We also regularly complete upgrades to add capacity and keep pace with advancements in technology. Although we do our best to minimize the impact on our customers, in some cases a short service interruption is necessary to complete the work.

 

Wireless

 

  • Sept 24: We are conducting network maintenance between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., which may impact Internet and HSPA voice and data services for up to 15 minutes in Axels Corner, Big Cedar Lake, Easterville, Grand Rapids, Gypsumville, Hilbre, Homebrook, Little Saskatchewan, Long Point, Part of Provincial Highway 6 and Strong Lake.

 

  • Sept 26-28: We are completing a network upgrade between 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., which may impact HSPA voice and data and LTE services for up to 6 hours at University of Manitoba in Winnipeg.

 

Ultimate TV/High Speed Internet/Phone Service

 

 

  • Sept 24: We will be completing a network upgrade  between 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., which may impact Internet Services in Gladstone, Langruth, Amaranth, and Plumas for up to 30 minutes.

 

  • Sept 26: We will be completing a network upgrade between 1:00 a.m. to 1:40 a.m., which may impact Voice, Internet, and TV services in Lorette for up to 15 minutes.
