Maintenance and Upgrades

Bell MTS invests in routine network maintenance to provide our customers with the best possible experience. We also regularly complete upgrades to add capacity and keep pace with advancements in technology. Although we do our best to minimize the impact on our customers, in some cases a short service interruption is necessary to complete the work.

 

Wireless

 

  • May 29: We are completing a network upgrade between 8:00 p.m. of May 29th and 6:00 a.m. of May 30th, which may impact High Speed Internet, HSPA voice and data, and LTE services for up to 10 minutes in Elie and Southport.

 

Ultimate TV/High Speed Internet/Phone Service

 

  • May 29: We are completing a network upgrade between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., which may impact Internet, and TV services for up to 15 minutes in Altona, Plum Coulee, and Gretna.

 

Please note, maintenance and upgrade activities may occasionally be re-scheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We would like to thank customers for their patience.
