  • Web Hosting Notice: PHP support

    Beginning March 1, 2018, the Bell MTS webhosting platform will begin the process of upgrading all customers to PHP 7.1.

  • We're upgrading to Fibe TV

    November 6, 2017

    Between November 7 and 21, we'll be upgrading the set-top boxes in your home. No new equipment is required. During the upgrade, your set-top box will be interrupted for up to 20 minutes.

  • Internet changes

    October 23, 2017

    On October 26, 2017 we changed the name of our residential Internet plans. The price, speed and features of your current plan are not impacted by this change. This is a name change only.

  • CDMA Network Changes

    October 13, 2017

    Effective December 1, 2017, Bell MTS customers will no longer be able to roam on CDMA networks outside of Canada.

    Please note this change will only affect customers who use CDMA devices outside of Canada. Customers who use CDMA devices in Manitoba will not be impacted.

    If you are currently a Bell MTS customer using a CDMA device and require wireless service outside of Canada, you are encouraged to upgrade to a HSPA/LTE capable device.

  • Scam Alert: Calls from telemarketers

    Some of our customers have been receiving unwanted phone calls from telemarketers claiming that Bell MTS has aligned itself with an outside company for long distance and other savings opportunities. We want our customers to be aware that Bell MTS has no connection whatsoever to these telemarketers and has not authorized these phone calls.

  • Bell MTS Internet Maintenance Windows

    January 1, 2017

    Bell MTS has reserved these blocks of time for regular Internet and TV network maintenance that may impact Internet service: Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, between 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
