When considering construction of a new building or property development within Manitoba, you should notify Bell MTS Network Engineering during the planning stages to ensure we will be able to provide telecommunications services when required. Construction approval intervals from local authorities can impact Bell MTS' ability to extend service to new areas quickly. We recommend contacting our Network Engineering Control Center at minimum 3-4 months before the first communication service is required to avoid delays.

For new buildings, please complete the New Building Development Service Request electronically, save as a new file name, and submit to the Network Engineering Control Centre (neteng.control@bellmts.ca). Once your request is received someone will reach out to conduct a site survey, confirm a service point, and outline customer requirements.
