Voice callers will simply dial the toll free Bell MTS IP Relay number 1-877-258-5606 and provide the Bell MTS IP Relay operator with your dedicated 9-digit number. The IP Relay operator will connect to your IP number. You must be logged onto Bell MTS IP Relay in order to receive an incoming call. The voice caller's number will be displayed to you and you have the option to accept or ignore the incoming call. If you do not answer the call, the caller will be given the option of leaving a text message.

1. Go to https://iprelay.mts.ca/.
2. Enter your access number (9 digit IP Relay number) into the Access Number field.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click on log on.
5. You will be taken the Bell MTS IP Relay service page and you can begin making calls.

1. Log into Bell MTS IP Relay.
2. Enter your wireline number in "Number to dial" field.
   • This number must have three-way conference capability.
3. Enter instructions for the operator (optional).
   • You can update your profile for VCO service or
   • Let the operator know you are a VCO caller.
4. Click on the call button.
   • You will be connected to the next available Bell MTS IP Relay operator.
5. The Relay operator will call you back at the call-back phone number.
6. Dial the number of the person you would like to conference.
7. The Bell MTS IP Relay operator will type the hearing caller's responses on your IP Relay screen.
8. You will be able to use your voice directly to your party on the second line.

2. Log into Bell MTS IP Relay.
3. Enter the telephone number you wish to call in the Number to dial field.
4. Enter instructions for the operator (optional).
5. Click on the call button.
   • You will be connected to the next available Bell MTS IP Relay operator.

2. Log into Bell MTS IP Relay.
3. Enter the international number in the Number to dial field.
4. Check International box.
5. Enter instructions for the operator (optional).
6. Click on the call button.
   • You will be connected to the next available Bell MTS IP Relay operator.

*Important - you must subscribe to Bell MTS Home Phone service to register for Bell MTS IP Relay service.

1. Go to https://iprelay.mts.ca/.
2. Click on Register for a new account.
3. Fill in required information in appropriate fields.
4. Read Bell MTS IP Relay Terms of Service.
5. If you agree to the Terms of Service check the I accept the Bell MTS IP Relay terms of service box.
6. Click on Register.
7. You will be notified by e-mail of your registration status within 24 to 48 hours.
8. A successful registration e-mail will include your 9 digit IP Relay number and password information.

If you are not logged onto the Bell MTS IP Relay web page or you choose to ignore an incoming voice call, the caller will have the option to leave a text message. Messages will be displayed on your "Make a Call" screen.
