A temporary schedule informs you automatically of messages left for you at an alternate phone number, for a set period of time.

Step 1

1. Dial *99.
2. Enter Password then press #.
3. Go to Personal Options by pressing 4.
4. Select Option 4 for Notification Schedule.
5. Go to Option 3 to establish temporary schedule.

Step 2

1. Enter the number of days you be using your temporary schedule.
2. Press 1 to continue; Press 2 to change it.
3. Dial the phone number (204-xxx-xxxx) where the system to call you when you have new messages.
4. To continue press 1 or press 2 to change it.
5. Enter the time of day (HH:MM) you will start accepting calls during the weekday, if you will not accepting calls during the week spell “No” (press 6-6).
6. Press 1 for AM or Press 2 for PM.
7. Enter the time of day (HH:MM) you will stop accepting calls during the weekday.
8. Press 1 for AM or Press 2 for PM.
9. Enter the time of day (HH:MM) you will start accepting calls during the weekend, if you will not accepting calls during the weekend spell “No” (press 6-6).
10. Press 1 for AM or Press 2 for PM.
11. Enter the time of day (HH:MM) you will stop accepting calls during the weekend.
12. Press 1 for AM or Press 2 for PM.
13. Voice recording will summarize the schedule.
14. Press 1 to continue or Press 2 to change it.
15. If you'd like to be notified of all messages Press 1, if you'd like to be notified of Urgent messages Press 2.
16. Press 1 to continue or Press 2 to change it.
17. How soon you would like to be notified after new Urgent Messages had been received:
    • Immediately, Press 1.
    • One hour, Press 2.
    • 2 hours, Press 3.
    • 4 hours, Press 4.
    • 1 day, Press 5.
    • Never, Press 6.
18. Press 1 to continue or Press 2 to change it.
19. How soon would you like to be notified after new non-Urgent Messages had been received:
    • Immediately, Press 1.
    • One hour, Press 2.
    • 2 hours, Press 3.
    • 4 hours, Press 4.
    • 1 day, Press 5.
    • Never, Press 6.
20. Press 1 to continue or Press 2 to change it.
21. Press 1 if your schedule is correct as you heard or Press 2 to hear it again.
