Disconnecting Your Service

To disconnect your Bell MTS residential services for any reason you must call 204 225-5687. As you are a valued customer, we would really like to speak with you prior to your disconnection to ensure that you have all the information needed to make your final decision.

Service cannot be cancelled or equipment returned via e-mail, web chat, social media or at a Bell MTS store.

Once you have called us, a customer service representative will advise you how to return rented TV, Home Phone and/or internet equipment back to Bell MTS via Canada Post.

Disconnection charges may apply on services cancelled before the completion of a contract. Visit Terms and conditions for more information about disconnecting services and details of service agreements.
