How to change your MyAccount password

  1. Log in to MyAccount.
  2. Click on the Profile tab.
  3. Enter a new password in the Password field.
  4. Enter the same password you entered in the password field in the Re-enter Password field.
  5. Click Update.

Note:

If you're unable to log in after changing your password, please clear your browser cache and cookies. Refer to the following steps depending on your browser.

Google Chrome
  1. Access "Browsing Data" by either
    • Pressing CTRL + Shift + Delete on keyboard or
    • Click "Settings" Icon
  2. Hover cursor over on "History" from dropdown
  3. Click "History" from secondary menu
  4. Click "Clear Browsing Data" (Will open in new tab)
    • Basic Tab:
      • Set Time Range to Last 24 Hours
      • Ensure Browsing History is checked
      • Ensure Cookies and other site data is checked
      • Ensure Cached Images and Files is checked
    • Advanced Tab:
      • Leave "Passwords and other Sign in Data" unchecked
      • Leave "Autofill form data" unchecked
      • Leave "Content Settings" unchecked
      • Leave "Hosted app data" unchecked
      • Leave "Media license" unchecked
    • Click "Click Data" (this may take several minutes)
    • Close and relaunch browser
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click Setting Icon (3 Bars in top right corner)
  2. Click "Options"
  3. Click "Privacy"
  4. Click "Clear your Recent History"
  5. Select "Everything" from dropdown
  6. Click "Clear now"
  7. Click "OK"
  8. Close and relaunch browser
Safari
  1. Click "History" at top of screen
  2. Select "Clear History"
  3. Click "Clear History" in popup box
  4. Close and relaunch browser
Internet Explorer
  1. Click "Tools"
    • If "Tools" is not visible, Press Alt+T on keyboard
  2. Click "Delete Browsing History"
    • Pressing CTRL+Shift+Delete will also open the Delete Browsing history window
  3. Uncheck "Preserve Favourites website data"
  4. Leave "Temporary Internet Files and Website Files" checked
  5. Leave "history" checked
  6. Leave "Download History" checked
  7. Leave "Form Data" unchecked
  8. Leave "Passwords" unchecked
  9. Leave "Tracking Protection, ActiveX Filter and Do Not Track" unchecked
  10. Click Delete
  11. Close and relaunch Browser
Microsoft Edge
  1. Open Settings Menu (3 Dots in a horizontal line located top right corner)
  2. Click "Settings"
  3. Click "Choose what to clear"
    • Leave "Browsing History" checked
    • Leave "cookies and saved website data" checked
    • Leave "Cached Data and Files" checked
    • Leave "Download History" checked
    • Leave "Form Data" unchecked
    • Leave "Passwords" unchecked
  4. Click "Clear"
  5. Close and relaunch browser
