Total Internet username or password problems
When connecting to the Internet at home or at a Bell MTS Wi-Fi hotspot, your username and password must be in a specific format relative to the type of Internet connection you have.
If you are having problems connecting to your service and are getting an "incorrect username or password" type error, please ensure your username is in the proper format:
