How to Log in to a Bell MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot

Bell MTS High Speed Internet Customers

At a Bell MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot:

  1. Turn your Wi-Fi on.
  2. Open your Wi-Fi settings and ensure the Bell MTS Hotspot connection is there.
  3. Open an Internet browser window and you will be presented with the Bell MTS Hotspot login page.
  4. Enter your Login ID.

    Your login ID is dependent upon your Internet plan. The realm (the info after the @ symbol) is slightly different for each plan. For example:

    • userID@res1.mts.net (Essential, Fibe, Entrepreneur plans)
    • userID@bslv1.mts.net (Professional)
  5. Enter your Password (the same password you use to access the Internet at home).
Bell MTS Wireless Customers

At a Bell MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot:

  1. Turn your Wi-Fi on.
  2. Open your Wi-Fi settings and ensure the Bell MTS Hotspot connection is there.
  3. Open an Internet browser window and you will be presented with the Bell MTS Hotspot login page.
  4. Enter your Login ID (10DigitPhoneNumber@wifi.mts.net).
  5. Enter your Password. Or, text the word Wifi to 6879 to have your password reset and credentials sent to you.
Non Bell MTS Customers - Rates and How to log in

At a Bell MTS Wi-Fi Hotspot:

  1. Turn your Wi-Fi on.
  2. Open your Wi-Fi settings and ensure the Bell MTS Hotspot connection is there.
  3. Open an Internet browser window and you will be presented with the Bell MTS Hotspot login page.
  4. Choose the Not a Bell MTS customer option.
  5. Select your desired payment option.
