High Speed username or password problems

When connecting to the Internet your username and password must be in a specific format relative to the type of Internet connection you have.

If you are having problems connecting to your High Speed Internet and are getting an "incorrect username or password" type error, please ensure your username is in the proper format:

Fibe 10 (username)@res1.mts.net
Fibe 25 (username)@resc.mts.net, (username)@fibe2c.mts.net, (username)@fibe2f.mts.net
Fibe 50 (username)@res3.mts.net or (username)@fion1.mts.net
Fibe 150 (username)@fion2.mts.net
Fibe 300 (username)@fion3.mts.net

If you have forgotten your Bell MTS Internet password please Contact Us to investigate the problem. You must be authorized on the Internet account to do this.
