Outlook Express
Outlook Express is an older email client that comes pre-installed with the Windows XP operating system. In order for it to work properly with your Microsoft account, Windows XP must be fully updated to Service Pack 3.
It is highly recommended to use the Bell MTS Mail website (mtsmail.ca) so that you can access your email from any computer or upgrade to a more modern email program such as Bell MTS Mail.

Click the Add button and then select Mail to open the setup wizard.
