Why am I not getting my bundle discount?

If you are not receiving a bundle discount:

  1. Ensure you have signed up for a MyBundle discount.
  2. If you are receiving a promotional discount for any of your Bell MTS services, you may not be eligible to receive a bundle discount until the promotion is over.
  3. If you have signed up for a bundle discount and are not currently on a promotion, Contact Us so we can investigate the problem.
