Why am I being charged for equipment when I returned it?

To disconnect Bell MTS services for any reason, a customer must first call 204 225-5687 to ensure they have all the information needed to make their final decision and also that we’re expecting your return.

It is possible that Bell MTS has not yet been notified of the equipment return. When you return equipment via Canada Post, ensure that you are keeping your Canada Post tracking number and that you keep the tracking number until your account has been credited with the return.
